Certain features of 925s.ai require the purchase of credits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits that have been used cannot be refunded. Unused credits do not expire.
If you believe a payment error has occurred, contact us at contact@925s.ai and we will review your case. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will always comply with any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law (see Section 13).
You agree not to use 925s.ai:
You retain ownership of any images or content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use uploaded images for purposes beyond service delivery.
Reports generated by 925s.ai are provided to you for your personal and professional use without restriction, subject to the limitations and disclaimers stated in these Terms.
The 925s.ai name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any licence to use our brand, technology, or proprietary materials. You may not represent or reproduce the 925s.ai service as your own.
Our reference database is compiled from a range of sources including publicly available hallmark records, reference literature, and third-party databases. Where third-party sources are incorporated, intellectual property in those source materials remains with their respective owners. We gratefully acknowledge those sources in Section 17 of these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
